The game
Last Bite Standing is a game played for fun. Points and chips have no cash value and can’t be bought, sold or exchanged. There is no real-money gambling.
Restaurant information
Restaurant names, locations and opening hours come from third-party map services and may be wrong or out of date. Check with the restaurant before you go, especially for hours, allergies and dietary needs. “Must have” filters such as vegan or gluten-free are best-effort labels, not guarantees.
Your account and conduct
- Keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- Names and photos must not be hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, illegal or impersonate someone else.
- Don’t disrupt the game or try to access other players’ data.
Players can report and block each other. We review reports and may remove content or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including meals, travel or decisions made using the app.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms or the app. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
